Infused supplies pre-batched beverages strictly to hospitality businesses (B2B).
By placing an order, you confirm that:
All orders are subject to availability and written acceptance. An order is only confirmed once accepted by Infused via email or written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Infused reserves the right to set minimum order quantities or minimum order values. These will be communicated at the time of quotation.
All prices are in GBP (£). VAT will be applied where applicable. Prices may change prior to order confirmation. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected without liability.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins. Orders will not be released until payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not received by the agreed due date, the order may be cancelled without notice. Infused reserves the right to refuse future orders where payment terms have not been met.
Production lead times will be confirmed at the time of order. Lead times may vary depending on volume and ingredient availability. Infused is not liable for delays caused by supplier shortages or circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection. Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies or damage must be reported within 24 hours. Infused is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Customers are responsible for:
Infused accepts no liability for deterioration caused by improper storage.
Products must be consumed within the stated shelf-life. Once opened, products should be consumed within the recommended timeframe.
It is the responsibility of the purchasing business to:
Infused shall not be liable for failure by the purchaser to provide allergen information to end consumers.
Orders cancelled after production has begun are non-refundable. Custom or made-to-order products are non-refundable. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on production stage.
Due to the perishable nature of the products, returns are not accepted unless:
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours.
Ownership of goods remains with Infused until full payment has been received. Until ownership passes:
Risk transfers upon delivery, but legal ownership remains with Infused until payment is complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Infused shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
All branding, product names, recipes, and materials remain the property of Infused and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
